FAQ
What is your cancellation policy?
If you must cancel your session less than three days before the session (different stipulations when canceling a wedding), the deposit will not be refunded, but can be put towards another session, should you want to reschedule. There will be no refund on the deposit even if you wish not to reschedule your session. Deposit will only be refunded if the cancellation is on my end.
Why is a deposit needed?
A deposit is needed to ensure that the date and time that you choose will be available to you, and it also ensures that all parties will show up on time and be ready to make new memories!
When will we get our photos?
Your will receive an online gallery link with all your photos within 2 weeks (except for weddings) or sooner depending on the season I shoot your session. For weddings, you will receive your photos back within 8 weeks. You can download all the photos from the gallery to any device of your choosing!
How many pictures will we receive?
For an 8 hour wedding, you will receive roughly 400 to 600 fully edited images. I always choose quality rather than quantity and that's why I will choose the best and more significant photos to tell your story.
For smaller shoots, you will receive roughly one photo per minute we spent shooting. So, if you book a 30 minute session, you will receive roughly 30 fully edited photos.
Can I have my unedited (Raw) images along with the edited pictures?
I believe that the editing process is a huge part of my artistic vision and the overall quality of the images. Raw files, being unedited, do not accurately reflect my skills and the style of editing I have worked so hard on to make my own. To make sure that you receive the highest quality work that represents my style and standards, I provide only the finalized images!
